越橘
越橘是一种莓果，含丰富的纤维，维生素A，维生素C，镁，大量的黄酮类化合物和木酚素。黄酮类化合物和木酚素被认为是具有抗癌功效。越橘也有很好的抗氧化功能，能清除自由基，对抗衰老。
桑椹
桑椹在中华和日本传统医药中扮演非常重要的角色。研究显示，桑椹富含花青素，是有效的抗氧化剂。
The main ingredients in Fairy Beauty:
Lingonberry
We all know that berries are superfood. strawberries, cranberries, blackberries, blueberries and raspberries... they are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. A new berry, lingonberry, is receiving intense research attention recently.
Lingonberry is a rich source of fibers, sugar, vitamin A, vitamin C and magnesium. It also consists of large amount of flavonoids and lignans that are believed to be anti-cancer. Lingonberries have high content of antioxidants and polyphenols that reduce free radicals and slow the aging process.
Mulberry
Another main ingredient is mulberry which has long been used in traditional Chinese and Japanese medicine. Research shows mulberry is an excellent source of anthocyanin which encourages antioxidant activities.
饮料嘛，最重要的还是味道。刚开始喝时，有点不习惯，味道似混合许多莓果，倒没有五味杂陈那么严重，不过嘉嘉觉得有点太甜。问过Mabel，是否可以加水，或果汁混着喝，不过他们并不建议那么做，只建议冰在冰箱里。果然，冰镇后再饮用，口味更佳。
When i first tried the drink, it tastes a bit weird and i think it is too sweet for me.
I check with Mabel if we can improve the taste by mixing it with fruit juice or water. But they do not advise to mix the product, as it is only meant to be drank from the bottle with a straw. However, they suggest to refrigerate the product before drinking to improve the taste.
Anyway, it tastes better after refrigerated.
Direction of use
1）打开前，先摇晃瓶子3-5秒。Shake the bottle for 3-5 seconds before use.
2）打开塑胶的盖子。Remove the cap.
3）塑胶的开瓶器插入瓶子中心。Plug the opener into the centre of the bottle.
4）最后插入吸管就可以喝咯。Insert the straw.

- 丰满胸部，这点嘛，并没看到明显的效果。。。
- 经前症候群，这个确实有改善。通常月经前几天，都会感觉腰酸背痛，情绪不稳，焦虑。这个月呢，感觉腰酸背痛的情况有改善，也没有感到焦虑或莫名的心烦。
- 提升能量和活力。感觉没那么容易累，尤其是晚上。有时候熬夜，嘉嘉会喝一瓶Fairy Blossom，取代咖啡，还蛮有效。
