之前出席了资生堂ULTIMUNE Workshop，对这瓶ULTIMUNE Power Infusing Concentrate很是兴趣。上网查了一些讯息，就和大家分享。

郎格罕细胞 Langerhans Cells
说到肌肤免疫系统，就得了解Langerhans 细胞。
资生堂从1991年起，与哈佛皮肤研究中心（Harvard Cutaneous Biology Research Center，CBRC）合作，对肌肤免疫能力进行研究工作。经过20年针对免疫力的研究，发现Langerhans 细胞在免疫系统扮演重要的角色。Langerhans细胞存在肌肤的表皮层，占表皮层细胞约2-5%，Langerhans 细胞是免疫系统里的总指挥，其两大功能包括：
指挥功能
当探测到外来侵害，如细菌或有害物质，Langerhans 细胞会发出警报，启动免疫功能。
自卫功能
当肌肤受到外界环境影响，会产生刺激响应因子，导致肌肤问题。覆盖Langerhans 细胞的CD39酵素会自我保护，攻击刺激响应因子。
The skin's immune system is complex, involving various cells playing different vital roles. Among them all, the Langerhans cell is particularly indispensable. The Langerhans cells exist in the upper layer of the skin epidermis, accounting for 2 to 5% of the total epidermal cells. Langerhans cells are the commander-in-chief of the skin's immune system. They have two main functions:
Command function
When detect foreign objects, such as germs or harmful substances, intruding the skin, the cells order the immune system to attack the foreign objects.
Self-defense function
When skin is stimulated by external factors, stimulation response factors appear in the skin to cause skin problems. When stimulation response factors are detected, Langerhans cell acts on them to defend itself, using the calming enzyme (CD39) which coats the Langerhans cell.
免疫能力与老化 Self-defense function and aging
随着年龄增长，肌肤的免疫能力会急剧下降。研究结果显示，覆盖Langerhans 细胞的CD39酵素也随着年龄增长而减少。图表显示，26－30岁与49－58岁肌肤里 CD39 酵素的数量，有明显的下降。
Shiseido studied the changes in the self-defense function due to aging. The results obtained show that the amount of the calming enzyme on the surface of Langerhans cells is significantly decreased in aged skin (49-58 years) compared with young skin (26-30 years).
